We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All order received by 3:00pm will be shipped out the following morning. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Based on your shipping method, you will receive your package within 1-3 business days once it has shipped. Please note that because of COVID19 there may be shipping delays. At this time, delivery services have suspended their service guarantees. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any specific arrival dates at this time.

If you have not received an email from Sweet Country Charm Fudge and Gifts saying that your order has shipped, and it has been more than 2 business days since your order was placed, please call our shop to check on the status of your order.
Since all orders must travel through Phoenix, Arizona first, we are unable to ship in the summer without chilled packaging. If you would like to order fudge in the summer, please call our shop at (928) 978-0640, for chilled shipping options and cost.
Sweet Country Charm Fudge may change shape if shipped in weather above 70F. Shape does not affect the taste of our fudge. Sweet Country Charm Fudge is not responsible for soft or misshaped fudge.
Sweet Country Charm Fudge & Gifts ships FedEx One Rate. Shipping price varies by service selected (Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping), amount of product purchased, and distance from our Payson, AZ shop and your requested shipping address.
All shipping cost are calculated at checkout. We are constantly trying to lower shipping costs for our customers. As always, you can order online and choose Free Pick-up At Store.
We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Call our shop at (928) 978-0640. We only list a limited amount of products on our website. If there is a particular product that you are looking for, please call our shop to place a special order. We may have the sweet treat that you are looking for.
Our fudge lasts 4 weeks on the counter, 2 months in the fridge, and up to 1 year in the freezer. In all cases wrap up your fudge tightly in a sealed zip lock bag so that it will not dry out.
All of our fudge contains ingredients that are processed on equipment and with utensils that come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, and artificial food coloring. Please contact us if you have specific concerns or questions.
